Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return brand new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund from the original purchase date with the original receipt. Thereafter a manager’s approval is required and the returning item may be subject to restocking fee. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For all online orders: Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received by KLASS LIVING. If you are returning an item to our store please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the original receipt so that your return process is quick and hassle-free.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. (ie credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same credit card.)

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Deliveries are to Australian destinations only. They are currently shipped with Australia Post Receipted Delivery but our courier service may be changed at our discretion. 

KLASS LIVING offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders to metro areas of Melbourne (includes the postcode ranges 3000 – 3207). For orders placed from outside metro areas of Melbourne, shipping charges will apply.

For free shipping orders, please allow approx. 15-45 days for your order to be delivered. 

Special order, customisation and other non-stock items may take longer to ship depending on the manufacture and availability.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Flat fee of $10 (incl gst)  for parcels up to 10kg.

A fee of $20 (incl gst) will be charged for parcel weights over 10.1kg 

Under 10kg - $20 (incl gst) 
0.1kg - 20 Kg - $40 (incl gst)
20kg+ - $60 (incl gst)

If your order also weighs over 50kg, it may be subject to an additional delivery fee. When this fee applies, one of our team members will contact you prior to shipment with the total delivery cost.
